Ana Kasper-Burn

Ana is a registered and endorsed ​Clinical Psychologist with more than 11 years of experience in clinical and organisational settings within both public and private sectors. She is originally from Brazil, so she speaks fluent English and Portuguese. Ana’s clinical focus is to empower clients to overcome their presenting issues by:

  • assisting them in reconnecting with their strengths and values,
  • exploring symptom-management and self-care skills/strategies,
  • mainly, whenever possible, on fostering the understanding of the function and meaning behind the presenting issues and symptoms.

She uses both long and short-term approaches, adopting interventions from frameworks including: Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Psychodynamic and Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

​Ana works with individuals that are 16 years of age and older and her main areas of clinical interest are grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, relationship and work issues, self-esteem and identity, communication and conflict

Ingrid Hope

Ingrid can assist with a wide variety of nutritional conditions including weight management, diabetes, elevated cholesterol levels, gastrointestinal issues and more. She uses a non-diet approach, focusing on a person’s eating behaviours to achieve long term success. Ingrid also has a special interest in nutrition during and after pregnancy and early childhood nutrition.

Ingrid is a current member of the Dietitian’s Association of Australia, and has been since 2009.
